  Worst customer service from call center ever (not a person at the store)
  for 6 months being with them they put me in a situation when I needed to call them each another day, I've wasted more than 30 hours of my life over the phone trying to explain each representative what their mistakes are, they never put notes into system, not calling back when call disconnecting and I need to call back myself and explain same things to new person from a scratch..
  they "catch me with a "free iPhone" on a black Friday, I bought 2 for me and my wife - they told me after I pay it off I will be able to use it with any carrier - but its not,
  and there is so many different things happened, that finally I paid off all phones and transfer to my previous operator .
  
  don't make a mistake to use a T mobile! My friend told me that but i haven't listen him, thought - it won't happen with me...
  so its Terrible company.. T-Terrible Mobile
