  There is one woman there who is extremely unprofessional, screams and curses on the phone. Then when she is done screaming, she hangs up on you. She believes she is an attorney but she is not. She also makes decisions for the attorney before she hangs up on your face and never relates the message to the attorney. Barbaric behavior! No class! On a power trip. As long as this disgusting behavior persists and comes into contact with other potential clients, this law firm will keep loosing business. :) I guess they forget how they make their money.
