  If I could give this negative stars I would. The rep I spoke with his name is Chancellor was a real piece of work. He didn’t even let me finish saying my issues with my phone and told em to go to the apple store. He didn’t even check to see if I had a upgrade available. I came here before and had a great experience. This gentleman made me hate my time. Unprofessional and useless.
