  Apparently the owner, Ray made a mistake in scheduling my appointment. I waited 10 minutes and was never acknowledged, greeted or spoken to by either Ray or his wife, Fiona. The manicurist finally informed me of an error and asked if I could "come back later." I left and would never return. The owners are poor business people; instead of apologizing and explaining their error, they chose to ignore the customer of three years. They lack business skills and professional courtesy and their business will suffer because of it.
